Abstract

This paper from a political science approach intends to acknowle- dge Bilateral Free Trade Agreements as a strategy of the countries that implement them to defend their interests in political, eco -nomic and cultural, through the implementation of the gouver -namentalite (governmentality), which includes the development and implementation of technologies of security, including within the framework of the BioPower, applied to the Colombia-United States case in the Health Sector.
