Abstract

The structure of public administration, in spite of being one of the central issues in the constitutional framework, is one of the least clearly defined aspects of public policy in the Constitution of 1991. To estimate which bodies or institutions form part of it, apart from determining the scope and composition of the government as a body, are some of the aspects dealt with buy this work, which also clearly shows the complexity of the administrative structure in the Colombian state, since it is made up of various levels with varying degrees of autonomy.
