Desde y antes de la Convención de Viena de 1980 sobre la compraventa internacional de mercancías hasta y después de la directiva 1999/44/CE sobre garantías en la venta de bienes de consumo
Abstract
The uniform regulations relating to contracts of sale in an international context have gradually led to a wide interpretation of what exactly is understood by sale, up to the point where in some cases a work contract with the supply of materials falls within this new conception. Throught he careful practice of legal comparisons, in the first instance research was made in to the assimilation of this into the unified terms of international law, and the following análisis of these legal figures indifferent European categories was prepared. Finally, the influence of the regulation of article 3.1 of the United Nations Convention is highlighted regarding international contracts for the sale of goods both with respect to directive 1999/44/CE relating to certain aspects of sale, and the guarantees of consumer goods such as in the recent reform of the German Civil Code, as well as the forthcoming reform to the European Civil Code, and in the reforms that could take place to different national laws.
