Abstract

The meaning of justice as a social principle and the ability of institutional channels to carry it out in the community are in crisis. In this situation, it is necessary to once again set out in a radical way the problem of what is fair. It is a question of casting doubt over one of the deep-rooted dogma of western modern tradition: state monopoly of justice.
