Retos en la formación de abogados. Propuestas desde la universidad

Abstract

This article presents the developments of a research process that is being carried out at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Cali. It tries to establish points of view of reflection which will allow the introduction of new questions on the processes of education of lawyers in Colombia, a globalized country experiencing constant complex social tensions. This is the question the author tries to answer in two parts: the dynamics of law in Colombia, and the commitment of the university as an institution belonging to the legal area.
