Medios, instituciones y opinión pública: un triángulo de poder dentro del escándalo de la parapolítica

Abstract

This article presents the influence and the positioning of a topic noun as “Parapolítica” among the branches of public power and the national wide public opinion. According with a media research, on one hand, it seems that there is a turn of the hierarchial structuring inside the mediating agenda that now is more interested on the scandal of the “Parapolítica”. This change in the agenda have had develop new challenges for public institutions, also had conditioned the characteristic proactivity shown by the governmental agenda. On the other hand, this essay would like to describe the situation where the mediatic influence has had effects varied and differentiated between the hearings. Whereas the presidential figure seems unalterable, this positive image does not seem to agree with the other branches of the public power.
