Rehabilitación y prevención de la triada de O’Donoghue en futbolistas.

La triada de O'Donoghue es una lesión que compromete a varias estructuras del compartimiento antero medial de la rodilla, es común verla en futbolistas en quienes se enfocara este trabajo, la triada contiene diversos mecanismos de lesión que pueden derivar a distintos grados de severidad, los daños no suelen derivar de un golpe externo, mas bien de un cambio brusco de dirección. Para determinar la lesión infringida y realizar un correcto diagnostico en el jugador se procederá a realizar maniobras de prueba semiológicas, junto con rayos x y resonancia magnética, en el tratamiento se hará un enfoque en el huso de aspirados de medula ósea, fisioterapia y cirugía, tomando en cuenta que el mejor tratamiento es la prevención de la lesión, tomando en cuenta las consecuencias y secuelas que quedan después de la lesión.
