¿Justicia Judicial?

Abstract

This article deals with a concept rarely studied by scholars until now: the imperceptible but irrepressible transfer of functions from the judicial administration to other areas, such as the executive branch of the government, the private sector and communities. In this perspective, the author stresses the urgency of considering the real meaning of the theory of the division of power, and the modern-day role of the State.
