The international law of human rights like a protection, evolution and security structure, led to rethink the classical concepts and develop new structures for the welfare of people, from their position like holders of rights and opposable to all States. In this context the figure of the obligation of reparation in international law gained vital importance. Therefore, this article is delimited to analyze the right to reparation for victims of violations of human rights, and specifically how it develops in the context of the practice of the UN Committees established in treaties international human rights.Downloads
