Abstract

White collar crime (also called unconventional crime) and organized crime are a recurring theme in modern societies. Above all, when it comes to investigating the specific facts, once territorial barriers are transgressed, in search of probative material that leads to demonstrate each act. It is in this terrain that the special methods of criminal investigation appear, as forms or mechanisms to face facts of this nature, with a significant complexity, both in the execution and the means used, forms of participation, structures and criminal organization. Issues that for Cuba become complex, as they are regulated only by institutional regulations and not by substantive or adjective criminal laws.
