Responsabilidad social empresarial: la perspectiva de la jurisprudencia constitucional

Abstract

This article is the first product of a research project whose more general objective is to reconstruct the theoretical and philosophical frameworks of the economic content of the Colombian Constitution. In order to meet this goal, our initial objective was to analyze those opinions of the Colombian Constitutional Court that have shaped the economic framework of the 1991 Constitution. In this article, we have presented some o f the achievements and limits that have defined the economic framework of the Constitution. One result of our ongoing research is the implications and scope of the “filter” that has been designed by the socially oriented welfare state (in Spanish, EstadoSocial de Derecho) and that is called the “ontologically conditioned economic framework.”
