Revisão do conceito de qualidade e modelos de bem-estar desde uma perspectiva psicológica

Resumo

Escopo. Argumentar a visão de mercado educativo que prevalece na implementação de indicadores cognitivos e não cognitivos das avaliações padronizadas nacionais e transnacionais no mundo, particularmente no Chile, e oferecer um marco conceitual desde a perspectiva da psicologia, que aborde o bem-estar e outras variáveis relevantes associadas a este (compromisso com a aprendizagem e a autodeterminação). Metodologia. Com este escopo na mente, foi realizada uma revisão documental de pesquisas empíricas e registros públicos de organizações governamentais e não governamentais da últimas três décadas, no marco da avalição de qualidade educativa. Resultados. A principal constatação é que, apesar de que os indicadores cognitivos e não cognitivos das avaliações padronizadas estarem nominalmente relacionados ao bem-estar, conforme ao estabelecido pela Agenda de Desenvolvimento Sustentável das Nações Unidas 2015-2030. Discussão. o suporte teórico dos indicadores não cognitivos esta diretamente relacionado à ideia de produtividade e desempenho, associado a uma ideologia neoliberal que tem mostrado ter efeitos negativos na gestão educativa das comunidades escolares e na saúde mental de professores e alunos.
