Efeitos psicológicos imediatos e autocuidado na quarentena por SARS-CoV-2 no sul-ocidente colombiano

Resumo
Escopo. Descrever o impacto psicológico duranteas semanas iniciais da quarentena por SARS-CoV-2 no sul-ocidentecolombiano
e a aderência às recomendações de autocuidado y distanciamento social. Metodologia. Foi desenhada uma sondagem online
que foi respondida por uma amostra válida de 1606 sujeitos de sul-ocidente colombiano. A sondagem incluiu o Questionário
de Saúde Geral-12 (GHQ-12) adaptado para a Colômbia, e um set de perguntas baseadas nos lineamentos de prevenção da
OrganizaçãoMundial da Saúde(OMS).Para processarainformação foi usadaanálise de variação (Anova).Resultados.O33.8%dos
participantes mostraram sintomas deansiedade ou depressão num rango moderado-alto; o 57% dos participantes nunca ou quase
nunca estiveram aderidos às recomendações de autocuidado. Foram registrados diferenças signicativas na afetação psicológica
e na aderência às recomendações de autocuidado por gênero, nível educativo, de renda, e desenvolvimento ou não de atividades
telemáticas. Conclusão. Apenas duas semanas decomeçara quarentenase presentaram efeitos nasaúde mental. Emboraas pessoas
reportaram alto nível de informação respeito às medidas de autocuidado, a aderência às recomendações foi baixa. A desigualdade
social foi um agravante dasaúde mental e uma barreira para o seguimento e ecácia das medidas deautocuidado e distanciamento
social.
